Wildfit, exercise with the goal of being healthy and not with the goal of being perfect. Although losing weight for some is necessary, especially when the weight is affecting the body and heart, the goal should be to increase healthiness. What is considered healthy varies depending upon the person. Weight lost is not one size fits all. The goal is have a maintainable weight that will allow you to be heart healthy and at less risk for disease and pre-mature death.In all, adopting and maintaining an exercise regimen is essential for having a strong healthy heart.
