Floraspring Review

When starting to exercise, the point to remember Floraspring is to start of slow and build up the intensity slowly. Too many people start off to quickly and then quit just as fast as they started by simply burning themselves out. This is especially true if you have not exercised for some time, and an important point to remember is that it can also be dangerous. A good place to start is by simply going for a good half hour brisk walk. This will get most people's heart rate close to the level where they will start to burn fat. Before starting out I highly recommend that you find out what your maximum heart rate should be for your body type and weight. You should aim for around 60 to 70% of your maximum heart rate for about 30-40 minutes at first. Cardio training, for the purpose of this writing means at least 30 minutes of sustained activity where your heart rate is at least 60% of your max. heart rate, with the purpose of burning calories. If you go for a walk in the park at the same pace you walk through your house, we will not call that cardiovascular exercise. If you are playing a sport like tennis or bike riding, we a considering both these activities cardiovascular training if you sustain the activity for at least 30 minutes.
