Every year there comes a time when many hitherto Cinderella Solution committed exercisers sit back and let it all go, and more often than not this tends to fall over the Christmas period. Whilst it is understandable that exercise may become less of a priority come December, once the festive season is over (and despite it being cold and miserable outside), there is no excuse to neglect your exercise regime; if you can't face the great outdoors, try joining a gym! If you already have a gym membership, try to keep going with any exercise classes or programmes you're involved in. Not only will it help you maintain your weight, it can also help reduce stress and release happy endorphins. If you need a bit of extra motivation, a great way to make sure you keep your appointments is booking in to see a personal trainer. One of my own top diet tips is to ensure you are substantially hydrated - we often mistake thirst for hunger, so drinking a large glass of water before a meal will help you stay fuller for longer. Try to avoid drinking when you're eating though, as this can disturb digestion and leave you feeling bloated.
